Who we are

Krishna Tech Route Logistics Private Limited ("we", "us") is a road-freight transport company with its corporate office at Khasra No. 1202–1203, Gujro Ki Talai, Opp. Dukiya Petrol Pump, Diggi Malpura Road, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302029. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

When you send a form on this site, we collect:

• Your name and mobile number — so we can reply.
• Company / firm name and email address, when the form asks for them.
• Consignment details on the quote and contact forms — pickup city, delivery city, commodity, approximate weight, load type, billing preference and anything you write in the message box.
• Associate, vehicle and career details — address, city, state, pincode, and (where the form asks) business profile, fleet details, preferred route or job location, and job profile.
• A CV file on the careers form. We accept PDF, DOC or DOCX up to 2 MB. It is stored off the public website and attached to the email our office receives. Do not put identity-document numbers, bank details or health information in the file.
• Technical details — your IP address, browser user-agent, the page you submitted from and the time of submission. We keep these to detect and block spam and abuse of the form, not to profile you.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any sensitive personal data through these forms — no financial account details, no identity document numbers, no health information.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, quote for your consignment, arrange transport, and keep our own record of business enquiries. If you become a customer, your details are also used for the consignment note, billing and delivery paperwork.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time using the contact details below — though if you withdraw it while a consignment is in transit, we may still need to keep the records tied to that consignment.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our pages — which pages are read, which buttons are tapped, and how people arrive. It sets cookies in your browser and collects usage data, including a truncated version of your IP address. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising trackers, chat widgets or third-party marketing scripts on this site.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or with any ad-blocking extension. The site works normally either way.

The map on our Contact page

Our Contact page embeds a Google Map showing the corporate office. It loads only when you scroll down to it, and only on that one page. When it loads, your browser contacts Google directly, which means Google receives your IP address and the fact that you viewed the page — the same as if you had opened Google Maps yourself. It does not set cookies unless you interact with the map.

Every other page, including the branch directory on our network page, uses map images we host ourselves. Those make no request to Google or anyone else.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than what is needed to run the service: our email provider delivers the enquiry to our inbox, and our web host stores the database. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them with other transporters or marketing companies.

We may disclose information where the law requires it — for example to a tax authority, court or police request that we are legally obliged to answer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records connected to an actual consignment are kept for as long as tax and transport law requires us to retain them, which is generally eight years.

How we protect it

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people in our office who handle enquiries and bookings.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• erase your data, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw the consent you gave on the form; and
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We will respond as quickly as we can, and in any case within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This is a business-to-business transport service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle enquiry data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
